I paid 363 rs for a service from Paytm. I needed to submit the transaction ID for the services I wanted to avail, but it is not showing anywhere. Please help, or my service will expire and my money will be lost.

I have got a huge deposit from angelone, about 50k but my payments bank is not showing anything. It's just showing unavailable and please try again later.

How will I be able to get my money transferred to some other account?

I can't transfer payments through Paytm. It shows that to activate my UPID but when I'm trying to activate it cannot verify my number. Currently I'm out of India due to studies but I usually use patym for transferring money.

Myself, Hanan Mohammed, booked a flight ticket for me and my baby from London to Kochi on August 25, 2024. However, due to some personal issues, I have to reschedule the date.

Despite many attempts to use my Paytm account and contacting your customer care number, there has been no response. I request your kind assistance to help me reschedule the air ticket.

It is a nightmare when you have to contact Paytm because first of all its almost impossible to reach them out if you are not able to log in to their mobile app. I was not able to log in and I couldn't find a way to contact them. I finally found their customer care email with a Google search but it has been more than a week, and I have not heard anything from them yet.

My issue is not resolved. Money has been debited from my account, 151400****933654, but not received in the receiver's account.

Limited customer service access. Need to provide better service to customers.

AI never provide or solve the issues. AI is designed only for providing information.

But seems that Paytm is depending on AI. From last few months am trying to escalate my issue but not able to reach any customer service also no any response from Paytm

I had booked a bus to take me from my native to another city. The bus broke down within just 3 hours of boarding whereas the total journey time is 12 hours.

They tried to repair the bus for almost 2hrs and after the 2hrs they found that they can't solve it themselves and started looking for random travels going on the same route. Finally I also got boarded on a random travels by themselves telling single sleeper is available coz i had booked a single sleeper in their travels for a good sleep. But in the end the random travels after moving from the broke down point allocated me a seater saying only the seater is available. I didn't got my sleep and took leave for my office next day which is an unpaid leave.

So here I lost the amount of single sleeper booking which is Rs: 850 and my office compensation :800. The responsibility should be taken over by travels and paytm. When I asked the travels agency they told that they had informed about the break down and you'll be refunded by paytm and they told to contact customer support. I raised a ticket too, the ticket was saying that I'll get a reply in 24hrs.

But its already been one week. Still go no response.

Still I don't get my salary

Hr stills no response from hr side please reverts for the past pending payment revert for the hr team and release the salary under holding make sure that you are taking action for this mail

12/9/24 this date I'm one transaction for rupees 10000 for transfer dilshada bano payment deducted my Bank account but not received receiver and 5 days completed but amount not refund me I'm trying to contact customer executive for Paytm but not responding this is very bad service this amount is my salary please refund me please help me

Amount has got debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary's account. I have also attached the screenshot of the payment done, which has the UPI reference number.

Kindly help me.
