From my account automatically deducted 35000.They asked share 2000 for registration for part time job after that they return 2700. After that they give me payment of 600 rs. And we need to send 15000 for another registration and they give me back 18000. After sometimes they automatically deducted 35000 from my account

Paytm Postpaid excess paid . Refund request

Yesterday I got call from paytm customer service number 904606****. Regarding paytm Postpaid pending amount of 1275 rupees. He said make payment rupees of 13835.41.i was paid. Then after he said payment wasn't cleared, make payment again 14000. He repeated 4 times and payment done also 4 times. My request is please refund my excess amount. Paytm Postpaid Bill Repayment of Rs. 13835.41 with order id -212******** was successfully credited on 2023-06-02 20:15:56. Paytm Postpaid Bill Repayment of Rs. 14000.0 with order id -211******** was successfully credited on 2023-06-02 20:21:45. Paytm Postpaid Bill Repayment of Rs. 14000.0 with order id -212******** was successfully credited on 2023-06-02 20:34:06. Paytm Postpaid Bill Repayment of Rs. 14000.0 with order id -212******** was successfully credited on 2023-06-02 20:39:54. Paytm Postpaid Bill Repayment of Rs. 14000.0 with order id -211******** was successfully credited on 2023-06-02 21:12:38.

UPI transaction which i have not received

This is regarding to one of the UPI transaction which has not been received yet by me on April 7 i did UPI from Kotak Mahindra Bank application to Paytm Bank the amount was of RS.17500 and RS.500 in starting i did transaction of RS.1 which was received by me but not the the amount which is a total amount of RS.18000 since then I have been continuously contacting Kotak Mahindra Bank and they have clarified that the amount has been already successfully debited from my account account and sent to Paytm i have received mail from them but I have not received it so kindly provide me informations on this that wht the amount has not been credited to my account as kotak has already clarified it and i have all written information from the. I will be waiting for your response.kindly do the needful as soon as possible. (Note: my UPI I'd 987373****@***m)
